Hi there,
I am wondering if there is any special hoops to jump through in order to get AMX MOD X to work with FoxBOT. Here's what I did.
First, I installed AMX MOD X for TFC using the Steam Listen Server - TFC Plugin option. Then I replaced the MetaMod DLL with Metamod-P. After that, I took the FoxBot folder from the FoxBot + Metamod archive and put it in the main TFC folder. Configured the INIs and launch options, then I tried to start a listen server.
What happened was that I get a DLL mismatch error when trying to start a server. So I put the given Metamod DLL from the FoxBot package and tried again. This time, the game just closes out whenever I tried to start a listen server.
I am not sure what I did wrong there.
Right now, I reinstalled TFC, and installed FoxBOT without AMX MOD X. Right now, it seems to work okay, but I still want to add AMX MOD X functionality.
Any ideas?

I am currently running FoxBot v0.73 from download.stixsworld.com/category.php?id=6 Along with amx mod x v1.8.1.3746. I haven't been to amxmodx website so not sure if it's current? And Metamod v1.19.0.0. You say package, i am guessing you downloaded from here? If so, it has metamod's dll 1.18 i believe. I think it works? But get the latest metamod dll metamod.org/. Also try FoxBot v0.73, It's Really Nice!! Anyways, about to play some foxes on my listen server. And mine work fine, so somewhere you have maybe installed something wrong? FoxBot needs it's own folder in (team fortress classic) above your tfc folder. It sounded like you moved it into your tfc folder which would be wrong. And as for metamod-p, not sure what that is? Maybe thats causeing you the problem too? Hope maybe this helps? Post a reply if your still haveing problems. Edit----- Oh fox works without amx. Hmmmmm. Are you trying to run plugins that you have downloaded to? I run plugins with mine, but not many. I use just (infectmanage.amxx). Depending on your plugins, they can cause problems with fox. Ok, so what you do is temporarly disable your plugins and just load a vanilla amx. Then if that works, try enabling 1 plugin at a time. And maybe you can figure out whats causeing it. I just checked amxmodx site. Ok, you should have same version as me. Yup, check your plugins.
